Woori ring sling

Due to popular demand from Singaporean mamas, I am listing this again. I used to order the Woori ring sling but because their prints are always changing so often, I just didn't include it in my store.

Anyway here is the Woori no danger ring sling. It is the upgraded version with 2 ringpads that are like loops for you to slide baby's legs through. If you don't like you can just disregard it and use it like a regular sling.

Criss-cross strap podegi

This is the traditional wide blanket podaegi with the straps on the top of the fabric to create more support and security. After getting baby on your back, bring the straps over your head and towards your chest where you cross them and bring it towards your back under baby's bottom and once again towards your body to tie. Because of the position of the straps, you won't feel baby moving left and right. The straps work like the straps of a back pack, creating a nice pocket for baby to be in. There are press studs on the part where the straps will cross (on your chest) so the straps won't run back towards your neck to choke.

** Note that the fabric is slightly narrower than the regular wide blanket podaegi so it may not be suitable for bigger sized ladies.

Removable straps podaegi

This is the summer mesh podaegi with removable straps if you want it strapless. With the regular podaegi, you either tie it with one strap over your shoulder or strapless so the straps are much longer. With this, the straps are shorter than the regular's so you get lesser bulk around the waist. And add or remove those shoulder straps depending on your mood!

This is the new mesh podegi from Moa Baby, a departmental store brand in Korea. I do not have exact measurements for this but summer mesh pods are all about the same shorty length (pls refer to the other mesh pod sizes in my blog).

This is the mesh chunei from I-Phyeonhae (translated as Baby Comfort), a well known Korean brand of baby carriers. The mesh is soft and comfortable. Comes in both sizes like the cotton version (refer to the cotton one for sizing).

Features:
- sides are stretchable to accomodate the growing baby.
- does not have hood.
- has the safety seat inside (for smaller babies).
- no drool patch.
- has a removable back padding (looks like a soft board) for smaller babies.
- for bigger babies the padding can be removed for a softer feel and then the built in headrest can be folded when baby is not sleeping.
- shoulder straps are almost unpadded (very very light padding).
- there is webbing on the shoulder straps, making it easy to adjust even when baby is on.
- small pocket on the front of the "vest" (after you wear it, it looks like a vest).
- the part where baby's bottom will sit is pleated and shaped like a built in seat.

This is the cotton chunei from i-phyeonhae (translated as Baby Comfort), a well known Korean brand of baby carriers.

Size:
The sizes I have here are taken exactly from the manufacturer without any amendents on my own.
Because the sides are stretchable, the measurement one gets can vary by a few cm. This set of measurements is recommended by the manufacturer with comfort and looks taken into consideration. Please do not try to over stretch because it may cause discomfort and breathlessness.

Regular size - measures up to about 125cm (49") when stretched (with allowance for comfort). Fits from S to XL wearers.

XL size - measures up to about 140cm (55") when stretched (with allowance for comfort). Fits from XL wearers and above (good for male wearers).

Features:
- sides are stretchable to accomodate the growing baby.
- removable back padding for smaller babies.
- hood is attached onto the back padding.
- for bigger babies, when back padding is removed, the built-in headrest can be folded if baby is not sleeping.
